rattling noise at the Ref. Desk

There is a rattling/buzzing noise coming from the Ref. Desk, directly underneath the electric stapler. Intermittent, very soft, but annoying. I reported it to Lorraine L., who checked it out. She thinks it may be a vibration from the basement, but will have Sheryl C. look into it. Pam 4/9, 12noon

No blinking!

The gray phone in my part of the Reference Office was not blinking this morning, but the black phone near PJ was. A message had been left, but you would not know that if you had only checked the gray phone. MM 4/9
