Fronting-facing Ref Computer Slow-CW

I put in a ticket for this computer which has been acting very slow.

Front facing computer painfully slow for me. CW

Has anyone experienced this extreme slowness on the front-facing computer? If so, let me know and I'll fill out a ticket to systems. Every time I'm at the ref desk I experience this.
