Latin American storage update (5/16/08)

From Gary Hough: In case anyone is looking for something in the collection of Latin American documents and pamphlets that have been stored in the basement for several years, these have now been brought up to the Cataloging and Processing Dept.and are currently on the shelves that border the Acquisitions Dept. The plan is to send them to the Depository. We also brought up the collectionof Latin American serials volumes that had been in the basement with these.

There is a form in bottom drawer of the right hand file cabinet under the Reference desk. The patron fills it out and it gets sent to Gary or Julie in IP, who then retrieves it and processes it through to Circ.
