Phone message lights on Ref Office phones

Donna Myrick give me an update about the red, blinking phone message lights on the two ref office "bounce-back" phones: the phone in the south office, near Pam's desk, should show a blinking light when a message is there for retrieval. The phone in the north office, near the student desk, will never blink. So, if you are the first person in, just call our voice-mail from your own phone to check for messages.

The good news is that the whole campus voice-mail system is about to be upgraded, and we should soon be able to get email notification of messages. This will happen within the next few weeks, per Donna, so stayed tuned! (bl, 9/20)
