Meebo widget not connecting (monday, 7/20)

There is a problem with the Meebo website, which seems to have started on Saturday, and is not yet fixed. Users will keep getting an "updating connection" message when they click on the Reference IM widget. Meebo site does not indicate when this may be remedied. Stay tuned... (bl, 7/20)

UPDATE: As of 1pm today, Meebo widgets appear to be up and working once again. (bl, 1/20)

Hours for IM service at Ref Desk

The posted hours for our IM service this fall are 10:30am to 6:00pm, weekdays. Please be sure it is on during these hours, but if at all possible - try to have it on during the evening hours and on week-ends, and keep stats on its use. Thanks. [bl, 9/11]
