Dept. guest card

I just sent one of our guest cards to the Library Business Office to have money added to it. I received an email message from Terry W. informing me that we do not need to send the card to the Business Office anymore - simple email Terry with the card number (which appears at the top of the card) and she will add money to the card. broken glass, August 9 - PJ

The wall clock near room 10A in Ref. Office South fell over the weekend and there is broken glass on the table and floor across from PJ's desk. I've posted a sign to be careful about the glass, asked the building monitors to ask a custodian for help with clean up, and requested that a nail be drilled in the concrete wall so we don't have to rely on a stick-em hook for the clock. The good news is: the clock is still working!

Door near JMD - update 8/6

A Physical Plant technician will return this afternoon, Friday, August 6th, or tomorrow, Saturday, August 7th, to rework the lock in the interior door near JMD's desk. Once the work has been completed, we should be able to leave that door either in a locked or an unlocked position. MM 8/6
