New Hold Shelf Procedure

The Hold Shelf is now officially on the Clipboard Messages Blog! When you put something on the Hold Shelf for someone please make a note of it here on the blog. When putting the patron's name just use the last name. Also put a label of "hold shelf" so that is it easy to find in the list of posts. If someone picks up an item please delete if from the blog.
