New proxy server might cause access problems

Access to dbs from off campus might be a bit glitchy in some cases since the new proxy server was installed late last week. If you get calls from people who suddenly can't get in, Linda suggests having them restart routers, cable modems, or network servers - any place an address might be cached - because the new proxy server has a different address from the old one.
