OIT is experiencing email problems

I'm having difficulty sending email messages, and called OIT. They are having trouble with all email systems (UMail, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), intermittently and with some outgoing addresses but not all. OIT is working to fix it, and as of 9:30am Tues. they didn't know when to expect a fix. PJ 12/11
