Info Desk staff may work from Ref Desk

If you've spent any time in the library lobby today, you probably noticed how cold and windy it is - particularly bad at the Information Desk. Annette and I have come up with a plan to have Info Desk staff sit at one of our PCs at the Ref Desk whenever they find the cold lobby temperature intolerable. Info Desk staff will put up a sign directing users to come to our Ref Desk for help, and they will sit at the Ref Desk PC facing the brick columns. This is a temporary fix until Physical Plant can [hopefully] come up with a better way to heat the lobby and reduces the wind gusts, or until warmer weather arrives. (bl, 2/3)
