Ref. Desk phone problem 12/3, 10am. PJ

I reported a Ref. Desk phone problem to Donna Myrick - can't always pick up calls by pressing "4" at the desk.  And a caller reported to the Library Office that when they opted to speak to a Ref. Libn. in the phone tree they were told it is an invalid choice.
