Issues using LibAnswers in Mozilla

Today while at the Ref Desk, I noticed that I was not hearing the notification sounds while using LibAnswers.  After spending lots of time trying to fix it I could not.  I did notice that it worked fine in IE.  From doing additional troubleshooting at my office area, it seems like it is only happening up at the Info Desk.  I am going to contact Systems to see what it could be.  In the meantime if you like hearing the sounds to alert you that patrons are waiting, use IE.  I will update when I know more.
