Be sure to check the electrical connection at the Ref Desk - PJ 9/26

Be sure to check that the electrical cord from the power strip at the Ref Desk is plugged in at the wall outlet.  I couldn't figure out why the laptop had power but the large monitor did not.  I checked all the connections, and finally saw that the cord to the wall socket was unplugged.  The laptop had been running on the battery.  Pam
